Our drive comes from aiding fellow professionals to do their job better in a second or third language. And, of course, it is not just language training that you get with us. When we teach a technical English course, you will have a trainer who is versant in your trade. Our main focus is on Business English. We have been very successful in training new arrivals to companies in the German language and also the German mindset. We offer French, Italian and most other major languages as well and provide translations services, also certified translations.

We train course participants, whether in groups or individual courses, to enable them to carry out their tasks just as well in their second language as they can in their first. Our sources are the participants themselves and their personnel department. If you know where you want to go, we will get you there.

The first task our trainers have in a new company is to get to know the company, their products, their corporate governance, their mission. We use, of course, the website, brochures, the wishes of the personnel department and the course participants. There are very few course books which are perfect for every company, but as an independent entity, we can pick and choose third party material to provide the most effective mix possible.

Then we either set up the classes ourselves on the basis of interviews (telephone, in person or via Teams, Skype, Zoom etc.) or cooperate with the personnel department to decide who belongs in which course, on the basis of language levels and business goals. Our administration is streamlined, simple and efficient. Feedback and reporting are catered for when requested, but we see our success in repeat customers, companies and individuals, of which we have many.

Again, that depends on your company. We have a deep enough pool of trainers that we can provide training for you when you want it, whether in-house or online.
